Diahan Caraballo

Diahan has served in a variety of capacities within the Affordable Housing Industry for over 20 years. She serves as Project Director and leads the property management team on Blanco’s sites. With vast experience in Section 8 HAP Contracts & Vouchers, 515 RURAL Development, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, NSPIRE Inspections and 504 Fair Housing she is a seasoned expert in multi-site management. With a background in HUD, LIHTC and market-rate conventional sites, she has skills in managing people, processes and possesses thorough in-depth knowledge in government-assisted programs. She deploys over 15m in budgets annually. Her goals include driving increased value for our tenants and employees alike. Currently holds Certifications in Management, Tax Credit and Certified Occupancy Specialist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, San German Campus.

Among Diahan’s favorite pastimes  she enjoys making pastries and traveling.
