Ely Lopez

With over 15 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Industry, Mrs. Lopez currently serves as Project Supervisor. With great attention to detail, she excels at maximizing each project performance, from occupation to collection. She works hand in hand with each project administrators to ensure the resources are being managed according to budget, standard and schedules. Knowledgeable in subsidy programs, property management and inspections, she is a great mentor and advisor for Blanco’s administrators. Among her various certifications she is a Certified Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist and Enterprises Income Verification. Ely has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez Campus.

When Ely is not at the office she enjoys being with her family and watching live sports.
